Recent Comments

  1. about 3 hours ago on Rubes

No, but it’s more practical than a ten gallon hat.

  2. about 3 hours ago on Bozo

1} Bozo would have gotten the bigger bunny if that darned target wasn’t in the way!

2} It looks like Bozo has created a sense of insecurity for the men in blue!

3} What do you expect when you live above the subway train?

  3. about 9 hours ago on Bliss

If Harry is Pastis’s Wise Asș on the hill, then he probably kicked the idiot back down the hill.

  4. about 10 hours ago on Wizard of Id

    We think alike.

  5. about 10 hours ago on Wizard of Id

My political comment filter had blocked that little comment completely out, but thanks for your rebuttal.

  6. about 10 hours ago on Wizard of Id

Height is a noun and can usually be easily measured or compared. Highness, besides being an accolade, is also an adjective, usually used in reference to very large or tall things, like structures or mountains. “That’s the highest ski area in New Hampshire.”

  7. about 10 hours ago on Bliss

I took an early evening flight from Albuquerque to Roswell once, and as I was the only passenger in a small commuter plane, the pilot asked me if I wanted to sit in the copilot’s seat. What a hoot that was, and as we got near our destination we could see flames in the distance, which the pilot pointed out saying that those were gas burn-offs from refineries in Mexico!

  8. about 10 hours ago on Bliss

The pilots get to see all the sights every time they fly, so if they can’t hear the oohs and ahhs from the passengers at least the FAs can, and they’ll let the pilots know what makes the passengers happy. Those detours are probably part of the flight plan.

  9. about 20 hours ago on In the Bleachers

Too obvious for me I guess.

  10. about 20 hours ago on Bliss

I’ve never been on a flight where I couldn’t get up and “use the restroom”.
