— Like I said, I agreed with you on the concept. As for “nitpicking,” it was in the era of Harding-Coolidge-Hoover that Will Rogers first coined the term “trickle down.” I just didn’t want them to get a free pass.
Yes, it is never a bad idea to remind the population of 1929, and that includes reminding them who caused it.
The party of Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, and Eisenhower was NOT the party of Harding-Coolidge-Hoover and certainly not the party of Nixon, Reagan, Bushes and especially Trump.
